Preety Singh is the Managing Partner of Ekagga Legal Consultancy. Based in Dubai since 2018, she advises multinational clients, expatriate businesses, and high-net-worth individuals with precision, discretion, and strategic foresight, earning recognition as a trusted authority in the UAE’s corporate legal landscape. ​​

With over 18 years of post-qualification experience, Preety has led high-value transactions exceeding USD 3 billion, structured complex corporate frameworks, and provided solutions across multiple jurisdictions. Her expertise spans corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, wills, trusts, foundations, and company formation, offering clients a comprehensive, business-focused legal service.
